About: This is recently completed home situated is in the coastal town of Mollymook on the NSW South Coast. The home is for a family of four, a mainly single level home, except for the double car garage at street level and the upper level which houses the main bedroom, ensuite, WIR & home office. The separate formal entry foyer in the centre of the home connects the northern living wing with the southern bedroom wind. The living wing has a living room with stone fireplace, a galley style kitchen, with a separate pantry and an adjoining dining area at the rear that connects to a large covered deck. The deck overlooks a level grassed area & a plunge pool with cabana. The bedroom wing of the home has a good size laundry, linen cupboard, spacious bathroom & two bedrooms for older teenagers. 

Brief: Main bedroom with ensuite & WIR, with an attached home office, plus 2 good sized bedrooms with rear access, main bathroom with separate toilet, a good size laundry, a large kitchen with pantry, living area & dining. All to take in the existing coastal views as much as possible.
